Customers may request a complimentary mail-in package and shipping label. Shipments using Company-provided packaging and labels are subject to the insurance limits applicable at the time of shipment. Standard insurance coverage for USPS shipments is up to $1,000.00 USD. Customers requiring higher coverage may arrange additional insurance of up to $100,000.00 USD by contacting CashForGoldUS.com before shipping. Customers are responsible for properly packaging their items, retaining shipment tracking receipts, and taking photographs of the contents prior to shipping. Insurance coverage begins only after the package has been accepted and scanned by the carrier.
Upon receipt, submitted items are professionally inspected and evaluated. Appraisals are based upon factors including precious metal content, weight, purity, current market prices, condition, brand recognition, collectible value, diamond quality, and luxury watch authenticity and resale value. Appraisals are performed using industry-standard methods and equipment. CashForGoldUS.com strives to provide competitive, fair, and transparent offers.
After appraisal, an offer will be communicated to the customer. Customers may accept or decline the offer. Acceptance may occur by electronic approval, email, text message, telephone authorization, or written communication. Upon acceptance, the transaction becomes final, binding, and irrevocable. Ownership of the items transfers to CashForGoldUS.com upon payment.
If a customer declines our offer, the submitted items will be returned without charge. Returned packages will be shipped to the address on file using insured and trackable shipping methods. Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate address information.

However, once a package is in the custody of the carrier, losses caused by theft, delay, misdelivery, damage, natural disasters, or carrier errors are subject to the applicable insurance coverage and carrier policies.
